I operate 100% online not for convenience, but for performance. Working via Zoom allows you to engage in deep-level mindset work from your own environment—where your habits and triggers actually live. It eliminates commute stress and provides total discretion; there is no waiting room and zero chance of bumping into anyone you know!
The Logistics: Sessions are 50 minutes long—the sweet spot for intense, actionable work without mental fatigue. All you need is a quiet space, a stable connection, and 50 minutes of uninterrupted focus. I'll provide a private, encrypted link for every session.
How do I get started, and how much do sessions cost?
The process is designed for total transparency. It begins with a Mindset Strategy Session to ensure we have the right "coaching rapport" before any major commitment is made. To protect the schedule and ensure I work with committed individuals, I require a small £10 refundable deposit to secure your Zoom slot.
The Investment: I don't offer single sessions because lasting change requires a structured approach. I work exclusively via a comprehensive 5-Session Transformation Package. Pricing is competitive for specialised high-performance NLP coaching and is sent to you immediately via email once you book a Strategy Session, so you have all the facts before we even speak.
What is the Difference Between Mindset Coaching, NLP, and Hypnotherapy?
To get a high-performance car to win a race, you need three things: a Driver’s Manual (A Powerful Coaching framework), a Mechanic’s Toolkit (NLP for re-wiring habits), and a Diagnostic Computer (Hypnotherapy background to find the root cause). I combine these three to ensure your subconscious mind is working for you, not against you.
