For us to achieve the results you’re looking for, we both have to be moving in the same direction.

Transparency is one of my core values. To save you time, I want to be very clear about who I am best equipped to help—and who might be better served by a different approach.

You are a Good Fit for Mindset Coaching if...

  • You have a ‘Gap’ you’re tired of looking at: You are at Point A, you know Point B exists, but you’ve been stuck in the middle for a while. Whether that's in your career, your sport, or your personal life, you’re ready to close that gap.

  • You are Solution-Oriented: You’ve spent enough time analysing the problem. You’re now ready to focus on the action required to move past it.

  • You value your time: You’re ready to invest in Mindset Coaching sessions to start moving forward, rather than spend another year going over the same never-ending loops in your mind.

  • You’re ready for a coaching partnership: You understand that while I have the tools to help you, you are the one driving the car. You’re ready to show up, be honest, and do the work between sessions.

You are NOT a Good Fit for Mindset Coaching if...

  • You are looking for a Magic Wand: I’m a Mindset Coach, not a wizard (unfortunately!). If you want someone to fix you while you remain passive, this won't work. Coaching is an active process.

  • You are currently in a mental health crisis: My work is future-focused and performance-based. If you are struggling with severe clinical depression, active trauma, or a mental health crisis, you need the support of a clinical psychologist, therapist or a medical doctor. My coaching is designed for when you are stable but stuck.

  • You aren't ready to invest in yourself: You need to be ready to make an investment of time, money and effort for positive change to occur. If you find yourself making excuses about why "now isn't the right time," you likely won't have the investment needed to see it through.

  • You want Quick Tips instead of Lasting Change: If you just want a 10-minute chat for some motivation, a YouTube video might be better. I’m suited for people who want long-term positive change, not a quick fix.

Why is Mutual Commitment So Important?

It might seem unusual for a business to tell people not to hire them! However, it comes down to a simple principle: I only want to work with clients I am confident I can help to achieve a tangible result.

If we aren't a good fit, me taking your investment would be a disservice to both of us. It would lead to frustration and a waste of resources.

By being clear about who I work with, I ensure that every 1-to-1 client gets my absolute best work and the highest chance of success.
