Coaching Agreement

This agreement outlines the professional relationship between Whitaker Mindset Coaching and the Client. By booking a session or purchasing a coaching package, you agree to the following terms:

1. Professional Disclaimer & Scope of Practice

• Non-Medical Service: Mindset coaching, NLP, and clinical hypnotherapy techniques are educational and self-improvement tools. I am not a medical doctor, psychiatrist, or licensed mental health counsellor. Coaching is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

• Age Requirement: I work exclusively with individuals aged 18 and over. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

• Suitability: Coaching is for high-performance optimisation. If you are currently in a mental health crisis, I reserve the right to pause coaching and refer you to a clinical specialist.

2. The 5-Session Transformation Model

• Commitment to Process: Real biological change (Neuroplasticity) takes time. Therefore, I work exclusively in 5-session blocks. I do not offer "one-off" or ad-hoc coaching sessions.

• Investment: All coaching packages must be paid in full prior to the first session to ensure mutual commitment to the 5-session process.

3. The Mindset Strategy Session & Deposit

• The Deposit: A £10 refundable deposit is required to secure your Free Mindset Strategy Session.

• Refund of Deposit: This deposit is refunded in full upon attendance of the session.

• Forfeiture: The deposit is non-refundable if you fail to attend (No-Show) or attempt to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 48-Hour Rule: For standard coaching sessions within a 5-session package, I require at least 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling.

• Late Changes: Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited and deducted from your package balance. This ensures the momentum of your transformation is maintained.

5. Online Session Requirements

• Environment: You agree to conduct sessions from a private, quiet space where you will not be interrupted.

• Technology: You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection. If technology fails, we will attempt to reconnect immediately; however, lost time due to client-side tech issues cannot always be extended.

6. Confidentiality

• All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). As a specialist, I undergo regular supervision; during these sessions, client identity remains anonymous.

7. Results & Responsibility

• I provide the strategy and the tools, but you are the one in control of your effort. Success is a collaborative effort and depends on your willingness to execute the strategies discussed between sessions.

To provide a specialist service, we share necessary data with trusted third-party providers:

• Scheduling: TidyCal (for managing your Strategy Session bookings).

• Video Conferencing: Zoom (for conducting online coaching sessions).

• Payments: Stripe or your banking provider (for secure financial transactions).

• Hosting: Hostinger (where our website data is stored).

4. Your Rights

As a UK/European resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to be informed, access, rectify, or erase your data.

• The right to restrict processing and data portability.
